What should I do if I forgot my account password?

If you have lost your account password, please follow the below steps.

Step 1. Go to My Page: https://mypage.landprime.com/login
 

Step 2. Click the "More Options" button in the top-right corner of the trading account where you want to 
reset the password.

Step 3. Select the "Change account password" button.

Step 4. Enter the new password twice.

Step 5. Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to your email.

Once a popup confirms the password change, the process is complete.

Please log in again using your new password in MT4 or MT5.
