How to Change Your User ID Password

There are two ways to change your User ID password:

Changing after entering the password:

Step 1. Go to Change Password Page via My Page: https://mypage.landprime.com/account/change_password

Step 2. Enter the current and new password, and submit it

Changing via a secure link:

Step 1. Go to Password Page via My Page: https://mypage.landprime.com/account/change_password

Step 2. Click Send a Secure Link.

Step 3. Open the email and click the secure link received.

Step 4. Create a new password and submit it.
